Exchange or refund



We offer free shipping in Canada, for all orders of $150 or more (before taxes).

Our delivery times are between 5 and 14 working days.



  • Clearance items are final sale.
  • For hygienic reasons, we do not make exchanges. However, you can select the refund method by gift card, and then make a new purchase after the return request.
  • To make a return, you have 7 days after receipt of your package and return the package to us.
  • No exceptions will be allowed. Make sure you respect and read the conditions of point 1, otherwise it will not be possible to make a return or refund you.
  • No return sent that has not been communicated with agreement by email will be accepted. Otherwise, the package will be returned to you according to the rates in force. **
  • If a jewel is returned and during the inspection, it does not respect the conditions and standards for returns, the refund request will be refused. The parcel will then be reshipped to you according to the rates in force. **

** In the event that we do not have an answer from you within 5 days, the jewel will be offered to a charity organization.


The item must be in its original condition, in order to be eligible for a return:

  • Not worn
  • Own
  • Unmodified
  • Jewel assembled on its original card.
  • A promotional item is eligible for a return.
  1. You must make the return request AND send the return 7 days after the date of receipt of the package. Make sure you have your original order number and email address handy.
  2. A fee of $7.95 will be applied for returns with refund by credit card, when refunding. You can avoid these fees by selecting the gift card* refund method when requesting.
  3. We cover the shipping costs for the return of your item, but we do not refund the initial shipping costs.
  4. We invite you to reuse the original shipping packaging to reduce the ecological footprint!
  5. Once the package has been received at our offices, we will examine the item and then issue the refund, according to the method selected. Make sure that the returned item meets the conditions of point 1, otherwise we will not be able to refund you. You will then receive an email and a refund within 5-7 business days, following the processing of the package.

*Gift cards are not eligible for refund and cannot be redeemed for cash. All items purchased with a gift card will be refunded to a gift card.
